Wisconsin Circuit Court Access is a research tool that the public can utilize in tracking both criminal and civil proceedings in the State of Wisconsin at the Trial Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. 

While the information presented in the Wisconsin Circuit Court Acess (aka as "CCAP") is generally an accurate reflection of what occurred in a courtroom, or what is scheduled to occur, it is not a substitute for the official court record of a proceeding.

Milwaukee Municipal Court Case Information System

The Milwaukee Municipal Court Case Information System is a research tool that the public can utilize in tracking civil proceedings in the City of Milwaukee.  The primary difference between Municipal Court and Circuit Court is that the proceedings at  the Municipal Court level are non-criminal; however, some of the charges at the Municipal Court level share the same or similar name to charges at the Circuit Court level -- e.g.,  OWI-1st, Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Battery.
